Syringe Introduction

1.  Product introduction（Product Picture see YM/CE 04 Annex 2）

The product is constructed with two parts or three parts; It can be used after assembling coat and core plug（or with piston）and equip with Syringe needle afterwards; The product is sterilized with EO gas; It is sterile, non-toxicity, no pyrogen. The products are produced and assembled in 100000 grade cleanliness room which is meeting requirement. The products are sterilized with ethylene oxide.

2.  Intended uses of product

Sterile Syringes for Single Use can be used in human body hypodermic injection and solution aspiration.

  3. Production environment, package and sterilization

The production and assembly of all product parts and accessories are completed in 100,000 clean workhouses which are in line with the requirements. Inner packing uses paper-plastic bag. And after large packing, all the products are sterilized by ethylene oxide (EO) for single use.

4.  Caution

a) The product can be used only once, it should be used immediately after opening the package and destroyed afterwards.

b) The product must be sterilized by EO. 

c) Don’t use it if the needlepoint is bent and even or other abnormities.

d) The period of validity is three years from the date of manufacture, must use them in this period.

e) Do not use if inner packing is damaged; or the product is damp or moldy.

f) Store in a place where avoids high temperature, high humidity, and does not have corroding gases, should have good dryness and ventilation.
